Refund Policy
Right of withdrawal (EU)
Mockvid is a digital service delivered immediately upon purchase. In accordance with Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply once you have expressly consented to immediate access and acknowledged that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal. This consent is collected at checkout via Lemon Squeezy.
Our goodwill guarantee
Although we are not legally required to, we offer a 7-day goodwill refund on all purchases, provided the license has not been used to generate HD exports. This is a voluntary commercial gesture, not a legal obligation.
After 7 days, or after the license has been used, refunds are issued solely at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.
Annual subscription (Studio)
You may cancel your Studio subscription at any time from your Lemon Squeezy account portal. Cancellation stops future billing immediately. No pro-rated refund is issued for the remaining subscription period.
