Refund Policy
Try before you buy
The free plan lets you capture your site and preview the full render (with a watermark) before purchasing. We encourage you to check the result on your own site first: what you see in the preview is exactly what you get after purchase, in full quality.
Our guarantee: if it doesn't work, we refund
If the capture or the export does not work on your site, or the purchased result is materially different from the free preview, contact us within 14 days of purchase with your order number and the affected URL. We will refund you in full.
Refunds requested for other reasons (change of mind, project cancelled, site changed after purchase) are issued at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.
Digital delivery
Mockvid is a digital service delivered immediately upon purchase. Orders are processed by our merchant of record, Polar Software Inc., under their Buyer Terms. Whatever your situation, the guarantee above is the fastest path to a refund: contact us first and we will sort it out with Polar.
Abuse
We reserve the right to decline refund requests in cases of manifest abuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund patterns or refund requests made after normal, successful use of the product. When processing a request, we may verify the capture and export activity associated with the license. When a refund is issued, the license key is revoked.
Annual subscription (Studio)
You may cancel your Studio subscription at any time from your Polar account portal. Cancellation stops future billing immediately. No pro-rated refund is issued for the remaining subscription period.
How to request a refund
Send your request via the contact form with your order number (found in your Polar confirmation email) and the URL concerned. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
