Terms & Conditions
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Mockvid at mockvid.com you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service description
Mockvid is a browser-based tool that records websites and stages them in 3D device mockup videos. It is provided by LARGUIER MICKAEL (EI), a sole-trader registered in France.
The service is offered in two tiers:
- Free: 720p WebM export with a small watermark, no account required.
- Paid (One site / Studio): unlocks HD exports, additional formats, and watermark removal, via a one-time or annual purchase.
3. Acceptable use
You may use Mockvid only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Capture websites you do not own or do not have permission to record.
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, abuse the server, or interfere with other users.
- Resell or redistribute the service itself.
- Use the service to produce content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringing.
4. Intellectual property
Videos you export are yours to use freely, including commercially. Mockvid claims no rights over your output.
The Mockvid software, UI, and branding remain the exclusive property of LARGUIER MICKAEL (EI).
5. License keys & paid plans
Paid licenses are issued by Lemon Squeezy on behalf of LARGUIER MICKAEL (EI). A license key ties an unlock to a single domain (One site) or to all domains captured during the subscription period (Studio). Keys are non-transferable.
6. Availability
Mockvid is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance or unexpected downtime may occur without prior notice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LARGUIER MICKAEL (EI) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, Mockvid.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
